Couple or Family Our bright sunny home is a perfect place for a couple or family with children to enjoy the many attractions and lifestyle Victoria has to offer. The downstairs (at ground level)is newly renovated. There is a large south-facing deck, a hammock, play areas for children including a trampoline, and a 42 inch plasma TV in the family room. We are located one block from a play park and Garry Oak field. Four short blocks to the ocean and one block to historic Ross Bay Cemetery. Walking distance to shopping, downtown and Victoria's Inner Harbour. The perfect getaway for the active couples or families. |

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Master bedroom is located in upper floor converted attic space, with very comfortable queen bed, television, dresser, alarm clocks, reading lamps. Sloping ceilings and skylights.

Payment Details
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
