Premier Uplands location - close to Willow’s Beach, Uplands Park, Cattle Point and all amenities (a wonderful summer location). A completely furnished 4500 square foot rental house. Weekly rates from $1800. Features a large yard, air conditioning, a piano, a sprinkler system, four TVs (with DVDs and VCRs and extended cable), hard wired and wireless Ethernet. This house is adjacent to a quiet park with a play set and is a superb family location. There are two large master bedrooms with en suites, and a complete basement suite (with a second kitchen and laundry facilities).

It has a very large kitchen and eating area. The kitchen has park and neighbourhood views. There is a second full kitchen in the basement suite - stove, fridge, and dishwasher. It is fully equipped.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to two night's rent) is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 2 nts) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
The deposit is made by a direct deposit to our bank account. A deposit by personal cheque can be arranged if the arrival date is more than a month away. The final payment is made in cash upon arrival.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
