1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Second bedroom has a new (2007) hotel-quality bed, first-class linens, duvet comforters, bedside tables, lamps, roomy closet, right next door to 2nd bathroom - fluffy towels. Both bedrooms nicely separated from each other and from living room.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
Damage Deposit may vary based on duration of stay. Cleaning Fee based on duration of stay. Payable at time of booking.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30/hour.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
