We have inner harbour views of Victoria from our 30' balcony which looks south/west. A water garden separates us from the "C" building which has a wonderful sitting area/viewing area. Wonderful sunsets can be seen a certain times of the year.

• Victoria International Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. The trip takes 30 min (longer in traffic). If you are not renting a car we offer a pick up service right to our suite. .
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. The bus stop is just outside our door. It takes 7 minutes to walk right into downtown Victoria.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Shutters is located in a prestigious neighbourhood that has great local dining and grocery shopping. We are a short walk to Save On Foods, restaurants, fast food, wine store etc. A 7 min walk to downtown Victoria, to the Empress Hotel and many other amenities.
• Ocean is located within a 1 minute(s) walk. Beach surface is rocky. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is public. Arrangements can be made thorough us for moorage for your stay. Beach Equipment: Canoe and Sailboat.
• Nearby Attractions: Butchard Gardens 30 mins away. Ocean walk 20 seconds. Museum a 15 minute walk into town. Art Gallery a short bus ride away. Government buildings 15 minute walk. Kayking a 10 min walk. Whale watching, fishing etc all in town. There are a lot of nature trails, such as Galloping Goose. There is a lot to see and do when you are staying in Victoria.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 800 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
If the security access fob is lost an additional $150.00 is taken off the security deposit.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 10.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
• Maid Service is provided every 14 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of to be determined.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
