Vieques Villa with Pool
Villa is the preferred home for those looking for privacy, serenity and peace, due to the fact that is located on a private Hill, in a gated community. It's furnished with 'real' imported Italian furniture, by Cassina, Natuzzi, Murano Art etc. The floors are parquette, terracotta or fossil coral stone, the environment is elegant but minimal and uncluttered. Incredibly high ceilings with exposed natural wood beams, comfortable rooms to rest, read, write, do yoga or just enjoy the silence. Contrary to other homes, the Villa is far away from annoying roasters that 'sing' at every possible moment of the day in Vieques, keeping most awake and alert. We designed this house to be an oasis of peace and therapy for the mind.
There is a high speed internet connenction, we have 2 phone lines, 3 Plasma TV to watch movie or Satellite TV, stereo surrond sound by BOSE to enjoy some movies from our collections, and even a professional espresso /cappuccino maker to make you feel you are righ in Via Del Corso in ROMA, with the aroma of a good Lavazza expresso cup. The house is definitely designed to be a beach house with that metropolitan feel! Last but not least, the views are amazing and the pool is a piece of art ! 100% of our guests keep coming over and over and recommending friends and family, once you experience this Villa and Vieques you become family!
