The apartment created on the mezzanine floor of a house in a panoramic hillside position situated in a residential area near Vieste, on the charming Gargano promontory. The sea can be reached in just a few minutes by car as well as the small city of Vieste whose historic centre is perched on top of a rocky cliff with a shear drop down to the sea. On the ground floor of the house there is a second apartment which is occasionally used by the owners. DISTANCES: 2 km the sea, 3 km grocery shops, 5 km Vieste (all kinds of shops) where from the harbour you can take boats to the Tremiti islands (1 hour ferry ride), 15-20 km Natural Reserve of the Umbra Forest (very interesting tour from a naturalistic point of view).
ACCOMMODATION: (80 m2) Mezzanine gr. fl.: living/dining room, veranda (satellite TV), kitchen (oven, freezer, washing machine), 2 double bedrooms (in 1 of which the beds can be separated), 1 bathroom with bath. Equipped sun terrace which you access from an external staircase. Mosquito nets on the bedroom windows. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
