Independent villa situated in a charming stretch of the Amalfi Coast between Cetara and Vietri sul Mare, famous for its artistic pottery. From the villa, be means of a private stairway of approx. 100 stairs, you can access a small public beach. The villa is accessed by means of approx. 40 stairs. The area is full of archaeology sites, the nearby Paestum being one of the most important examples. Possibility of parking inside the property.
DISTANCES: 700 m the town of Cetara (all kinds of shops), 4 km Vietri sul Mare, 6 km Salerno, 17 km Amalfi, 25 km Pompei, 32 km Positano.
ACCOMMODATION: (220 m2) Gr. fl.: large entrance, living/dining room with fireplace, kitchenette (oven, freezer), large panoramic terrace. 1st fl.: 6 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, 2 WCs. Simple furniture. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
