1 King Bed. The master bedroom is large with ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is spacious with separate shower and bath. There is also a spacious walk in closet. The two windows (6ft high by 9ft wide) integrate the beauty of the spectacular view into the tranquility of the bedroom. Air conditioned plus ceiling fan.
1 Queen Bed. The second bedroom is also large. The second bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. Also has a 6ft high by 9ft wide window looking out across the scenic harbour entrance. Ceiling fans.
2 Single/Twin Beds. Air conditioning and ceiling fans. Shares bathroom with bedroom two.
1 Queen Bed and 2 Single/Twin Beds. The ground floor suite consists of a bedroom (with air conditioning), a sitting area (ceiling fan) and two single beds and a shower room with toilet and basin. The sleeping area of the sitting room is air conditioned. This suite is convenient for a family with children.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower and one basin.
This villa is located on a hillside overlooking the entrance to the most scenic natural harbour in the Caribbean. Surrounded by an acre of mature tropical gardens, it is one of Saint Lucia's hidden treasures, visible only to mariners and cruise passengers.
The spacious living/dining room integrates with a large veranda via double glass doors and large windows to create an atmosphere of open space, comfort and relaxation. The brightly coloured furishings blend with tasteful elegance to create a unique "Caribbean Style". The housekeeper works six days a week, Monday through Saturday (8:00 am - 2:30 pm). By special request and at a small additional cost, seven day service can be provided. Specialty evening meals can be booked in advance (at additional cost). The bedrooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans and the windows are screened. The pool is 28 feet (8.5 metres) by 14 feet (4.3 metres) and is 4 feet 10 inches (1.5 metres) deep at the deep end.The ropes around the outer edges are there for the safety of our guests. Your comfort is paramount therefore we provide eight of the best quality sun loungers plus eight watching chairs. These easily fit around the spacious pool deck.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). A beautiful championship golf course 15 minutes drive away. Talk of
a Jack Nicholas signature course going in soon.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). It is only ten to fifteen minutes drive(depending on trafic) from the main tourist strip where most of the night life takes place. The drive from Hewanorra Airport (European flights and some from North America) is one hour fifteen minutes. George F.L. Charles Airport is a short drive away. Two of the best restaurants are within a seven minute drive and all the dive boats leave from a marina within the same location.
• Beach surface is sand and rocks. The villa is ideally located at Vigie, within walking distance to Vigie beach. A sandy beach is a five minute walk from the villa. It is also possible to walk down to a pebble beach below the property, this is good for snorkeling and fishing as it is rocky.
Dive, fishing and sailing boats leave from Lunar Park Marina which is seven minutes drive.
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
