Our house is the old name of the Portuguese Algarve, located in the historic Centre of Vila Real de Santo António. It took more than 2 years to rebuild the house and to get again the Arab atmosphere. The house is more than 100 years old and has a very strategic location. Nearby the unique place de Marquis de Pombal, where the Portuguese style of living is shown every day by elderly persons sitting on a bank and having very intense discussions with each other. If you are looking for more exciting things to do, you can go by boat to Spain.

    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 5 years old stay free. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: none.
    • Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
