Located on a street which ends at the river - Guadiana. From the roof terrace you have a magnificent view.
This is a private suite with its own entrance, however kitchen facilities are shared.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving more than 120 minute(s). The Sierra Nevada is only a 4 hours drive away.

• River is located less than 1 minute away. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and boat lift. The dock is public. There is room for 121 boats. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Powerboat, Rentals Nearby, Sailboat and Windsurfer.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 5 years old stay free. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
