This Suite in a villa, is situated in the historic centre of Vila Realsto near the river Guadiana. It is totally renovated and modernized to today's quality standards. By the use of natural materials a very warm and intimate atmosphere is created without the loss of authenticity. There are several common areas where all guests are welcome and will feel at home. A well stocked library and comfortable couches are present. All bedrooms are comfortably furnished in Moroccan style and have separate central heating which makes winter stays very pleasant.

    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: none.
    • Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
