We continuously update the villa, including flat screen TV, dedicated internet etc Jet ski, boogie boards, catamaran rentals, and other activities are on the beach in front of or just near the beach. There are many providers of beach activities. There is also a extra large washer and dryer for your private use in the villa's laundry room, saving you time and money. The villa also comes well furnished including a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, pans, plates, blender, utensils to make for a comfortable stay. You will appreciate the villa being well situated to enjoy the local restaurants, shops, and activities you will not have to constantly deal with traffic and public transportation. Please note that this Villa is individually owned and not all Villas at Villa Serena have the same amenities, beds, sheets, towels or quality of work. There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbors.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Cheques Preferred. Also can pay by payment Apps., Money Order or Cashier's Cheque, Cash, Personal Cheque.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Payment Balance

If you book months in advance, balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If balance and security is not paid by the due date, the booking will be automatically cancelled. You can re-reserve (re-apply initial deposit, you do not pay again)if you contact the owner and the unit is still available for that time slot, otherwise a different time slot can be arranged. Please remember this is a house and not a room in a hotel with revolving customers.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime your dates may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Cleaning on Departure

There is a cleaning fee of $45 USD.

Cleaning During Stay

For stays longer than one week, there will be one cleaning per extra week with a fee of $45 USD fee, unless other arrangements are made.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD.

Parking is free.
