Building to the Right is the Front of Complex

Studio with King Size Bed and a/C Unit-Steps from Las Glorias Beach in P.V.

Close to everything; shopping mall two blocks to the north, supermaket two blocks to the south. Downtown is walking distance about 20 to 30 minutes and 10 minutes by bus. The marina is to the north about the same distance as going south to downtown. Airport is to the north at the very edge of town by the border of Nayarit State. No noise from airplanes are heard in this complex. Very safe and secure with private security. Common areas well maintained and cleaned every day. Complex location map might appear away from the beach, however, studio is on rear of complex near the ocean. It has an A/C mini-split unit with remote control for total climate comfort. Property manager's office is downstairs.
