Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
Energy saving measures: guests will be charged for the electricity consumed at 0.14 GBP/0,16 Euros per kilowatt hour(ie the price charged by the utility company). The electricity meter will be read at the beginning and at the end of the rental period, and the guest will be charged accordingly.

There is also an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue, gas ring, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, kettle, pots, cutlery and crockery.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). In the master bedroom there is a fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets, a dressing table and full length mirror; French doors lead to the terrace and swimming pool; air-conditioning/heating unit; ensuite bathroom.
1 Twin Bed (sleeps 1). In bedroom 2 there are 2 single beds, a large free-standing wooden wardrobe and an air-conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.
This is a newly constructed property situated in an elevated position in a very attractive rural setting amidst an orchard of almond trees in hilly countryside. From the house there are stunning panoramic views across a beautiful valley visited by a wide variety of birds including birds of prey. Looking south west there are excellent views of extensive mountain ranges. To the north the heights of the Cerro can be seen.
Beside the heated swimming pool is the poolside kitchen. From here there are stunning views across the pool of mountains and the surrounding hilly countryside. Features of these spacious facilities include: fitted kitchen; gas barbecue; electric oven; refrigerator; dining furniture; music system; original paintings;wide opening doors; hand-crafted natural stone pillars and rustic wooden pergola to provide shade; hand-crafted natural stone mosaic floors, walls and terracing. Guests have the option of eating inside, or outside on the terrace.
There is a second terrace on the other side of the house equipped with a table and chairs for breakfasting etc.
The living room, dining area and kitchen now have air-conditioning/heating.

• Transit: can be reached by walking for 60 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. There are train stations in Antequera and in Malaga. The new high speed train can be boarded at the new station near Antequera.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 4 golf course(s) nearby. There is a Golf course in Antequera, the nearest town to Villanueva De La Concepcion. It takes approx. 30 mins. to drive. Many golf courses are also located on or near the coast, Costa Del Sol, about 1 hour driving.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Shops, supermarkets, bars restaurants in Villanueva de la Concepcion: 10 mins drive.
5 min drive, 30 min walk to Pastelero, where there are 2 bars/restaurants. Antequera has many shops, large supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and is about 35 minutes driving.
• Ocean is located within a 45 minute(s) drive. The lovely, friendly village of Villanueva De La Concepcion is 6 km away and offers a selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. There is also a new public outdoor swimming pool from which there are views of the surrounding mountain landscape. El Torcal National Park with its famous natural limestone sculptures and various walking routes, lies above Villanueva and is 10 minutes away by car. Beyond El Torcal the beautiful historic town of Antequera with its many ancient churches, architecture and prehistoric caves is a 25 minute car journey from Villanueva. El Chorro Gorge, Cordoba and the White Towns, and, further afield, Seville, Granada and Gibraltar are day trips by car. Malaga and Malaga Airport are approximately 40 minutes by car and the drive to Costa del Sol resorts takes about one hour.

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash If you cancel less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount of rental will be retained by us unless we subsequently get another booking in your reserved period- in which case a refund will be made on an equitable basis.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 7 Euros per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
