The house is in an elevated position among almond trees with panoramic mountain views across a beautiful valley, a peaceful and secluded place in which to enjoy the environment. Next to the house there is a heated swimming pool for use all year, with saline water treatment which prevents skin and eye irritation, and an outdoor kitchen and dining area, providing a romantic atmosphere after dark. There are two terraces.
El Torcal National Park with its unique limestone sculptures and various walking routes, is 10 minutes away by car, and beyond lies the beautiful historic town of Antequera.

This is a newly constructed property situated in an elevated position in a very attractive rural setting amidst an orchard of almond trees in hilly countryside. From the house there are stunning panoramic views across a beautiful valley visited by a wide variety of birds including birds of prey. Looking south west there are excellent views of extensive mountain ranges. To the north the heights of the Cerro can be seen.

Beside the heated swimming pool is the poolside kitchen. From here there are stunning views across the pool of mountains and the surrounding hilly countryside. Features of these spacious facilities include: fitted kitchen; gas barbecue; electric oven; refrigerator; dining furniture; music system; original paintings;wide opening doors; hand-crafted natural stone pillars and rustic wooden pergola to provide shade; hand-crafted natural stone mosaic floors, walls and terracing. Guests have the option of eating inside, or outside on the terrace. There is a second terrace on the other side of the house equipped with a table and chairs for breakfasting etc. The living room, dining area and kitchen now have air-conditioning/heating.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
If you cancel less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount of rental will be retained by us unless we subsequently get another booking in your reserved period- in which case a refund will be made on an equitable basis. If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact me, so that I can provide you with the link. Please note that all credit card payments will attract a surcharge of of not more than 2%.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 7 Euros per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
