The house has views of the surrounding countryside and the famous El Torcal limestone rocks from its situation in the village.
This spacious traditional house at a very reasonable price with many very attractive features is situated in a prime position in the middle of the village with views of the surrounding hills and mountains. It is located in this lovely, friendly village of Villanueva De La Concepción within a short walking distance of the facilities of the village. There are several features which make this house special: its balconies; the vestibule; the enclosed terrace, an ideal place in which to relax; the outdoor facilities and the convenience of the secure parking area.

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Our prices are in Euros, but payment of the equivalent value in pounds will be welcomed. If you prefer to pay by credit card, please contact me so that I can supply you with the relevant link. Please note that all credit card payments will attract a surcharge of no more than 2%.

- An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 5 GBP per hour.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
