The kitchen, which is located off the living room, is well equipped with modern items such as a fridge/freezer and a microwave, but still retains the feel of a traditional farmhouse kitchen.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom is quite spacious, light and airy. There is a shutter outside, (Persian), to keep the room cool. There is a double wardrobe available to use. An air-conditioning/heating unit is installed.
2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). This twin-bedded room is also spacious, light and airy. There is a shutter outside, (Persian), to keep the room cool. There is a double wardrobe available to use.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
Looking north, you can see El Torcal. Looking east, you can see the mountains of the Axarquaia. Looking south, you can see the Mountains of Malaga. And to the west, you can see the rooftops of the houses in the village of Villanueva De La Concepcion.
A traditional and fenced Andalucian home situated in the countryside. It is a five minute walk from the village of Villanueva De La Concepcion, where there are shops and restaurants. El Torcal National Park, with natural limestone sculptures and various walking routes, lies above Villanueva 10 minutes away by car. Antequera with ancient churches and prehistoric caves is a 25 minute car journey from Villanueva. El Chorro Gorge, Cordoba and the White Towns, Seville, Granada and Gibraltar are day trips by car.
The house has beamed ceilings and furnishings typical of Andalucia. The covered terrace outside has old farm implements and overlooks the ancient threshing floor. The garden has mature fruit trees and roses. The pool is surrounded by flowers and screening for privacy. There is a sofa, TV and open fire-place in the living room and the dining table and chairs are on the far side.

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash 1. If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact me for the relevant link. Please note that all credit card payments attract a surcharge of no more than 2%.
2. If you prefer to pay in pounds instead of Euros, please contact me, so that I can quote you prices in pounds, and make arrangements for you to pay in pounds rather than in Euros.

- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg) but must be approved by the Owner.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 7 Euros per hour.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
