The pricing of the property is dependent on the number of bedrooms guests use: the prices quoted are for the use of three bedrooms; if guests opt to use the fourth bedroom, they will be charged as follows:- €100 (€200 in High Season and Christmas and New Year periods)per week extra.

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Payments in Euros or the equivalent in pounds are welcomed. We levy a 2% surcharge on all credit card payments. We will supply you with all the details and the link to make credit card payments, after you have paid the initial fee to secure the booking to Owner Direct.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 5 GBP per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
