A beautiful house with air-conditioning for up to 8 people in a lovely location. From the house there are marvellous views of surrounding hills and mountains. It is very reasonably priced, and offers many attractive features such as a fine fountain in a lovely marble patio, extensive beautiful gardens, and an attractive lawn at the side of the 10 meters x 4 meters swimming pool. It is only 350 meters away from the lovely, friendly village of Villanueva De La Concepcion in a sheltered position with the front of the house and the poolside kitchen facing east to catch the morning sunshine.

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
Payments in Euros or the equivalent in pounds are welcomed. We levy a 2% surcharge on all credit card payments. We will supply you with all the details and the link to make credit card payments, after you have paid the initial fee to secure the booking to Owner Direct.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 5 GBP per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
