There is no landline at the property and it has basic cable, but there is the facility for you to stream your favourite streaming service on both televisions. The gated complex is small with both pools within a short walk. No allocated parking but plenty of them are available. The increasing development in the area means that you have plenty of options within a short drive, but you are away from the busier, and usually more expensive, complexes.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 125.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 42 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit is required. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
