This 2-Bed 2-Bath Golf Vacation can accommodate 4 guests for a minimum of 10 nights.
Across from beach hotels, located on Vidanta Hotel golf course, tropical garden (24 unit) townhouse development (not a high rise condo), Our townhouse was completely remodeled 2020. Each townhouse consists of 4 units with private walking gardens and fountains. Located on a quite cul-de-sac street with residential golf villas. Very walk friendly (5 to 8 minutes to beach hotels, Le Comer super grocery store - shopping plaza, restaurants, beach access, swim with the dolphins, children's park and Plaza Pescador (restaurants & shops). Townhouse is located at the pool convenient for food - drink access. This is our second home, well maintained, clean and nicely furnished. Rentals limited to maintain it's quality. TOWNHOUSE DESCRIPTION Our townhouse is 1,800 Sq ft with (2) master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and (3) patios. Completely remodeled in 2029 including furniture. The ground level floor contains the living & dinning room, kitchen, master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom and patio. Ground floor patio is adjacent to the living room facing the pool/gardens with patio table and Weber propane BBQ. The second story master bedroom features a balcony patio over looking the pool and golf course. Cool gel memory foam king mattresses with 400 count linens and luxury towels. High end furnishings, new appliances, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets with granite counters, well maintained and clean. 43" LEDTV in living room and 32" LEDTV lower bedroom, high speed fiber optic internet, Fire TV media box with Amazon Prime, Netflix and more The townhouse is fully equipped with modern kitchen with new cabinets and bathroom vanities with granite counter tops. Includes high quality linens, towels, SS cookware, dining china, small kitchen applicances, microwave and includes Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach umbrellas, beach towels along with soft sided cooler for beach trips. Beach access is along the beach row hotels (5 -7 minute walk). Just bring your personal items. NEIGHBORHOOD VIndanta Golf Course Villas Baja is located on a small cul-de-sac (golf course on both sides) with custom golf homes across the street along with a small hotel with restaurant at the end of the street. The Vidanta Hotel Golf Course Club House is about 100 yards past the hotel and can be accessed by walking up the course fairway. The Vidanta Golf Course Club House (open to public) features a (9) hole course,tennis courts, pool, high quality fitness center,restaurant. Facilities are open to the public for day, weekly or monthly rates. LOCATION (Groceries, Restaurants, Beach Access) Villas Baja is ideally located within a 5 to 10 minute walk to beach hotel row with beach access, restaurants, Le Comer grocery store - shopping plaza and Plaza Pescador. Le Comer super grocery store contains a bakery, deli, prepared hot foods, pharmacy and the shopping mall has Star Bucks, Subway, McDonalds, Radio Shack, dry cleaner - laundry, 8 -10 food restaurants (Greek, Mexican, Chinese, ice cream, pan cakes, pizza, along with beach clothing, sunglass and other specialty shops. A childrens play park is located next to the Le Comer shopping mall. Plaza Pescador (www.Plazapescador.Com) is located on beach hotel row with 10 restaurants along with 5 retail stores About 20 restaurants within easy walking distance, beach hotel row, Le Comer Plaza. Beach access is just before Plaza Pescador (beach hotel side). TRANSPORATION A car is not needed. Transportation is just a 5 minute walk to the bus stop to Cabo San Lucas (approx. $32 pesos) and for historic downtown San Jose use the yellow school type buses ($12 pesos) or walk along the beach hotel row to the historic downtown about 1 mile walk. Villas Baja (entire property) is a non smoking - vapor zone, inside, outside house

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. The remaining balance is due 120 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Less than 120 days prior to arrival there will be no refund unless the property can be re-rented
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of $350 USD is due 120 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. (Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service. Additional cleaning is available upon request and price may range from $60 to $80 dependent on the amount of service required
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of $80.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
