Bedrooms have new pillow top queen mattresses with 400 count linens and luxury towels. High end furnishings, newer appliances, well maintained and clean. Rentals are limited to maintain the quality of the residence.
Villas Baja is ideally located with a 5 minute walk to beach/hotel row, restaurants, shopping mall and the grocery store "MEGA". This is a super grocery store with a deli, bakery, pharmacy, prepared hot foods, very modern & clean also included in the mall are fast food restaurants and clothing stores. A car is not needed! Transportation is just a 5 minute walk to the bus stop to Cabo San Lucas ($3 USD, 30 pesos) and a bus stops frequently (bus R3, $.50 USD or 50 pesos) to historical downtown San Jose del Cabo or you can walk the 1.5 miles to San Jose!
