This beautiful spacious condo,has a living room & dining room with double ocean view balcony. The dining room seats 8 comfortably and the living room has a three piece set. A 19 inch color TV with a VCR,DVD player. Some movies, games and books provided for your enjoyment. Also a stereo that plays Cd's and tapes plus radio. All bedrooms have alarm clocks. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use (soap not provided). All linens are provided, please bring your own beach towels as we do not want ours at the beach or pools. Area in hall provided for them to be hung.

This property has been completely renovated in 2006-07 with 3 new pools, new grounds along with many unit interior improvements. I constantly update our unit so that my customers will feel at home. Our unit is a beautiful, large updated 4 bedroom two level (townhome design)unit. We are located in the best location in the Cancun hotel zone between the Ritz Carlton and Park Royle (formerly Sheraton). You can walk to many restaurants, shops and activities. Parasailing and jet ski's are available on the beach in front of the property. This is a wonderful unit for families or several couples to share and is very economical for the space and occupants it holds. Some condos advertise 6 persons in a 2 bedroom unit which is only 1/2 the size of our unit. Please watch out that you do not get 'cramped" for a "cheaper" rate.
