Beautiful stone-built farmhouse from the early 18th century, recently renovated with great care and set within a beautiful hilly landscape near Vinci, the town where Leonardo da Vinci was born and where you can see an interesting museum dedicated to him. In the main house 3 apartment have been created, one of which is inhabited by the owners. A fourth apartment has been created in the nearby annexe. Pleasant, well-kept outdoor areas with various equipped areas and a nice view. Shared laundry facilities. Comfortable furniture. Barbecue. Central heating. DISTANCES: 1 km grocery shop, 5 km Vinci (all kinds of shops) and public swimming pool, 12 km Empoli, 43 km Florence (30-40 minutes by car).

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
