We have a very unique round house with 180 degrees (plus) views! Situated above beautiful Bolongo Bay, our views extend from Hassel and Water Island to the West to St John and Safe Harbor to the East. Centrally located on the South Side of St Thomas, it is only a 10 minute drive to town, Charlotte Amalie, or in the other direction to Red Hook, where American Yacht Harbor boasts world class sport fishing as well as world class dining. Les than a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach and with your own pool, there are numerous ways to recreate and rejuvenate while on your vacation.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    If cancellation is less that 45 days, 2 nights rent will be deducted from security deposit. Less than 30 days prior there will be no refund unless unit is re-rented, then there would be a 2 night withholding.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 3.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 100.00/ midweek.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
