30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
If cancellation is less that 45 days, 2 nights rent will be deducted from security deposit. Less than 30 days prior there will be no refund unless unit is re-rented, then there would be a 2 night withholding.
