    Looking eastward from the balconies are views of the Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea, and nearby Hansome Bay. Looking westward are views of Spanish Town harbor, the surrounding cays, Sir Fransis Drake Channel and sunsets.

    Also included in the kitchen design is a fully functional bar and dining room. The living rooms are quite spacious and equipped with phones and television. Wall murals are by local artist Joseph Hodge. The laundry rooms (on second and third floors) are equipped with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The unit is located on Windy Hill just on the outskirts of Spanish Town, Virgin Gorda, in the British Virgin Islands. It is close to most amenities; (5 -10 minutes) shops, restaurants, clinic, churches, bank, marine facilities and ports of entry (airport and ferry dock).
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Ten minutes drive to the world famous Baths (a boulder -sea-pool formation), also Spring Bay, Devils Bay, Savannah, Pond Bay, Mango Bay, ferry docks, and the Virgin Gorda Yacht harbor. The historical Copper Mine is a nature walk away; and the drive to Gorda Peak National Park and North Sound is approximately a fifteen minute drive. The unit is a short driving distance (10 minutes)to several beaches; including Spring Bay, Devils Bay Savannah & Pond Bay the famous Baths (a boulder/Sea-pool formation) located on the western end of the island.

    Payment Details
    The booking is confirmed with a credit card and the rent is paid on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
