Overlooking Jost Van Dyke and St. John (USVI), the porch offers breathtaking views at any time of the day, as well as being an ideal setting for private sun baths. Our unit is an enchanting two bedroom villa, located on the West End of the island of Tortola.

The living room is conveniently located in the same room as the kitchen and between the two bedrooms. A beautiful outdoor dining table is provided in the spacious porch for outdoor cooking near the gas BBQ.
An additional dining table is provided in the covered section of the porch.

- It is approximately a 45-minute drive from the airport to the property.
- Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 2 golf courses on the island. One in Long Bay Hotel, about 10 minutes drive from the villa and the other in Prospect Reef hotel, about 20 minutes drive from the villa.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Road Town is the city about 10 miles from the villa. Dining, dancing, tennis, and shopping are nearby.
- Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. It is only a 3 - 5 minute drive to the ocean from this unit. Lots of local attractions for you to enjoy. Little Apple Bay Beach is .5 miles long and has some waves. Long Bay Beach is 1 mile long, with shallow waters. Smuggler's Cove beach is 1.4 mile long, secluded with calm and shallow waters with white sand. Snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, para-sailing, fishing
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.

- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
