    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is one miniature golf course on St. John, approximately 20 minutes drive from the apartment. The island of St. Thomas, a 15 minute ferry ride, has one standard golf course.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The unit is 3 miles from Cruz Bay, the main island town. A vehicle is recommended due to rugged island terrain and to access North Shore beaches, Coral Bay and historic sites.
    • Beach surface is sand and rocks. Situated 350 feet above Fish Bay on the island of St. John. The nearest beach, visible from the apartment, is a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. There are over 30 beaches of various types within 30 minutes drive.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
