This St. John villa rental is a condo only about a mile from Cruz Bay and less than 10 minutes to the first of the famous North Shore National Park Beaches. St. John,Virgin Islands vacation rental is comfortable and very conveniently located on St. John. Come and visit and see our beaches. Go snorkeling and diving. We have some of the best beaches, snorkeling, and diving in the world. Our restaurants and beach bars are wonderful too.

    • The kitchen is large, fully equipped, and has 28 linear feet of counter space. The new electric stove is a modern flat top. Some beer, soft drinks, rum, and some snacks will be left there for you. The shelves and refrigerator will be partially stocked too.

    View of Pillsbury Sound and the Caribbean Sea overlooking a side of St. Thomas where you can see the cruise ships going in and out of Charlotte Amalie. On a really clear day, you can see the mountains on Puerto Rico. See the sunsets from the porch, and in the high season, actually see the sun setting.

    Swimming pool in the complex.There is a coin operated washer/dryer in the building and there is a BBQ by the pool for the resident's and guest's use. The bedroom is air conditioned.

    Distances
    • St. Thomas Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. Fly into St. Thomas (airport code STT). Then take a taxi to either Red Hook or to downtown Charlotte Amalea. Once you get into the taxi, depending on timing with the ferry, the trip will take about an hour and a half.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s). We are located just over a mile from Cruz Bay.
    • Beach is located within a 10 minute(s) drive. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. In less than a 10 minute drive, you can be at beginning of the many famous north shore beaches. About 2/3 of St. John is part of the U.S. National Parks system. The north shore beaches are less than a 10 minute drive to the first of many beaches. Trunk Bay beach, consistently ranked among the top 10 beaches in the world, is about a 15 minute drive. There are beaches all the way around St. John and the snorkeling is wonderful off most all of them. A couple of beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels are supplied.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 12 years old stay free. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
