    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Cribcan be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 4 days during a stay.
