The kitchen appliances are all top of the line GE appliances, including a wine cooler, two wet bar refrigerators, granite counter tops, Woodmode cabinets, indoor and outdoor place settings. The kitchen is quite large and the island will seat eight people.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This large room opens to a terrace with lovely views of the Caribbean Sea and the beach. It has a working area, cedar closets (one with a safe), internet and telephone connections, a 32" mounted flat screen television, and a large poster bed. The state of the art bathroom includes a full body shower, a large two person bath with jets, a separate toilet area. The room has central air conditioning, and two fans above the bed. The furnishings are new.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This second large, upstairs master bedroom overlooks the Caribbean with a door that walks out onto a large terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The bedroom is equipped with a 32" wall mounted plasma television, and supporting DVD player, and it has a desk for working and a sitting area. The bathroom has two sinks, a large shower, and a cedar closet. The room has a fan and it is air conditioned.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This is the third master bedroom on the upstairs can either be two twin beds or a single king sized bed. It has an attached bathroom, with a small office nearby where the printer and internet wireless unit located. The room has 32" wall mounted, plasma television, its own DVD, and a ceiling fan. The room is air conditioned, with an attached private balcony for sun bathing or watching the sun set.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This is the downstairs bedroom, which is configured as a third master bedroom, with an attached bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a 32" wall mounted television, with a DVD payer, and a large ceiling fan. The room has a split air conditioning unit that is controlled in the room. The room has a ceiling fan.
1 Twin Roll Away (sleeps 1). The media room is large and can be used to sleep a single roll away bed.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer, two basins and bidet.

Bathroom 3 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

The house is situated on the south side of St. Thomas, about one mile from the Marriott Frenchman's Reef Hotel and the entrance to the main harbor of Charlotte Amalie. The view is of the ocean, Frenchman's cove and the island and reef, and it includes other nearby islands. The southern exposure means that you can witness both the sunrise and the sunset at the house, and you can watch the giant cruise ships as they leave the harbor in the evening. The property faces southeast and it has nearly constant breezes coming off of the ocean. However, the reef and the island protect the cove and the water is very quite on the beach and in the area near the property. The lot is 1.5 acres, gated and fenced, at the end of a cul-de-sac.
- St. Thomas Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. The drive from the airport goes through Charlotte Amalie, past the new Yacht Haven Grande (the largest port for mega-yachts in the Caribbean), and Havensight, where the big ships dock. It takes 15 minutes with no traffic, and 30 minutes when the passengers are returning to the ships.
- Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). The house is located on Frenchman's Cove, five to ten minutes from Havensight and the new Yacht Haven Grande. YHG has five new restaurants, a larger number of high end shops, and the best nighttime destination on St. Thomas. It will be fully opened by the end of March, 2007. The downtown shopping is about five minutes further away, where you can get the best buys on luxury goods anywhere in the Caribbean. St. Thomas is a shopper's paradise for jewelry, watches, glass, electronics, cameras, bags, etc., with prices way below the mainland and no sales tax.
- The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is private. There is room for 1 boats. The property walks down about 100 stairs, with two landings, to a 350 foot, beautiful and very private pebble beach. The beach opens to a 100 foot concrete pier, with stairs down on the end into the water for snorkeling. The beach has a deck, chairs for sun bathing, a shower for when leaving the water, and it is well lit at night. The house has both snorkeling and fishing equipment, and plenty of beach towels. In addition, there is a 400 foot private walkway from the house to a half mile of deserted sand beach, where many guests have sunned themselves without much concern about what they wear. - Nearby Attractions: The biggest and best new attraction is Yacht Haven Grande, a huge new harbor dock system that will provide dockage for up to 75 mega yachts. This new facility will provide multiple restaurants, walking areas, shops that are open until 10 at night. This facility is five minutes from the villa, and the other shopping is very nearby (shopping is a passion for the guests who visit St. Thomas). Also, the owner of the house has a 48 foot, nearly new Dynacraft that is moored about 20 minutes from the house. This can be available for daily charter at $200 less than the listed rental, which is $1800 per day. The charter comes with a crew of two, great luncheon dining, and a tour of the beaches of St. John and other islands.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is a full refund. Discuss shorter periods with Owner. - No smoking is allowed.
- No children are allowed under 8 years old.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100 per day. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of $1000 deposit may be provided.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
