King bed in master bedroom upstairs plus a pullout sofa upstairs in the bedroom as well as downstairs in the living area. 2 full baths, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Full kitchen with microwave, 4-burner stove and refrigerator downstairs with everything you will need. Coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster and all other kitchen utensils and appliances. 2 televisions with cable service. Desk upstairs with reading chair. Hair Dryers, iron and ironing board. In-room safe.

    While enjoying the condo you will experience total relaxation as you can sit on one of your two balconies overlooking the beach, the Caribbean, St. John and the British Virgin Islands. Let the warm, gentle trade winds help you unwind from the daily stresses of life and take you to a place you will remember forever. Your condo is less than 100 steps on soft, white sands to the waters edge of some of the greatest snorkeling in the Virgin Islands. With two beautiful reefs right of your back porches, that have vibrantly colored fish ranging from the small little scrambling little flounders to schools of tarpon and rays, you will not see the same thing two days in a row. We have several times even swam with sea turtles that come up so close, you can practically touch them.

    Here is what others who have stayed say about their visits... Perfect place for family vacation. Need to make the time and I would come back again next week. Love the beach. The view from the balcony is a lasting memory of watching the sun rise over the out islands. The beach is one of the nicest on the island and the service was good. We enjoyed the slower paced lifestyle and the weather was great. We got up in the morning, opened the curtains and sat in bed and looked out over the Caribbean and the British Islands. The waters off the resort were crystal clear and a deep blue. Being able to wake up and look out over the ocean is awesome and the coral beach is right outside your balcony. Awesome beach !!!! Pleasant to lie on the beach and have gentle surf and snorkeling is excellent. We like the fact you can walk right on the beach.

    • Cyril E. King, St Thomas airport...STT is within a 15 minute(s) drive. You can get a taxi from the airport, but it will run you around $20.00 per person. Or you can have our property management team pick you and your entire family up and take you to the resort... with a stop at the grocery store to stock up on food and provisions... for $30.00 total. They will also arrange a jeep rental for you if you would like for the day or your entire stay !!!
    • Transit: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. St. Thomas has a circle island bus/taxi service. They will pick you up anywhere around the island and for a couple of dollars, can circle the island, get on and off where you would like to, and bring you back to where you started. Fun way to see the island and the drivers are very knowledgeable and fun with their facts.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s). Red Hook is just about 1/2 mile away. It is within walking distance and it always feels good after having a filling meal to walk back to the resort. You can also rent a taxi or if you have a car it will take you less than five minutes to get to and From Red Hook.
    • The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The dock is private. There is room for 20 boats. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Powerboat, Rentals Nearby, Sailboat and Windsurfer.
    • Nearby Attractions: There are several things within walking and driving of your villa that is suitable for everyone. Duty Free shopping, Underwater submarines, Golf, Ferry's to St. John and the British Virgin Islands, Coral World, Mountaintop with wonderful views of the entire island and surrounding Caribbean and many wonderful beaches... each with their own distinct individuality... and so much more !!!!
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
    You can pay via credit card through PayPal.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50.00 per day.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
