This custom designed condo has its own private elevator entrance. In the building there are only six units, thus feeling more like you are in a private home. It is full of modern Mexican art and designer furniture. It has a wonderful open floor plan with Mexican contemporary elements. Each of the two bedrooms, as well as the living room, open to its huge terrace, where you will never tire of the view and can enjoy a built-in BBQ. The two bathrooms showcase walk-in showers. There is also a covered parking space in a secure garage. It is only a ten minute walk to the beach and all of Puerto Vallarta's restaurants. All of this make it a wonderful get away to enjoy Puerto Vallarta!
