Charming well-kept farmhouse outbuilding (40 m2) set amidst the typical Umbrian landscape. The outbuilding is situated on a hillside (350 m a.s.l.) from where you can enjoy a beautiful broad view of the countryside and the Tevere river valley. A road passes approx. 20 m above the accommodation. Private equipped and very well-kept outdoor area. The swimming pool (4.5x11) is shared with the owners who live in the farmhouse next door. Reserved parking outside the property.
DISTANCES: 4 km from Attigliano (all kinds of shops), 29 km the city of Viterbo, 33 km from the historic centre of Orvieto, 60 km Todi, 70 km Rome (can by easily reached by train from the Orte train station).
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: panoramic portico (18 m2) equipped with kitchen and barbecue for outdoor dining. Living/dining room with kitchen corner (small but with all the basic necessities), fireplace with sofa bed (suitable for toddlers and children) and double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower.
Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
