At the guests' disposal: large equipped garden that is shared, pretty swimming pool set in a panoramic position (12x6 1.70 m max. depth) (27/05 to 30/09 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.), boules pitch, barbecue, laundry room, TV room (satellite TV). Parking. Baby-bed available (Euro 140/week/each).It is possible to have breakfast (5 Euro/person). DISTANCES: 1 km from Tarano, 3 km Montebuono (all kinds of shops), 30 km Abbazia di Farfa, 50 km Viterbo, 60 km Rome.
ACCOMMODATION: (45 m2) Gr. fl. living-room with dining area and kitchen corner, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Private equipped outdoor area. Access by means of a dirt track in good condition. Well-kept furnishings consisting of country style furniture and some antique pieces.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
