Beautiful countryside villa (220 m2), which has been completely renovated with great care, just 2 km from the picturesque medieval hamlet of Vitorchiano. Positioned on the top of a small hill (330 m a.s.l.) in the green landscape of the Tuscia Romana, enjoys broad views of the countryside of Viterbo and reaches as far as Montefiascone. Besides the absolute peacefulness, the property offers a particularly interesting geographic position that allows you to easily visit both Umbria (Orvieto 50 km) and Lazio (Rome 70 km). Enclosed garden (8000 m2), with lawns and partly shaded with tall oak trees, equipped swimming pool (6x12) in a very panoramic position. Parking covered with bamboo. Within a range of 100 m you will find the accommodations called CHIARALUNA and FONTEMULINO. DISTANCES: 2 km Vitorchiano (grocery shops). 7 km Viterbo, 22 km Tuscania, 50 km Tarquinia and Cerveteri rich in archaeological findings and Etruscan tombs, 20 km the lakes of Vico and Bolsena, 1 km horse riding.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
