Cosy villa (110 m2) created from an ex-hermitage that over time has been transformed into a farmhouse 3 km from the medieval hamlet of Vitorchiano. The house is situated on a rock spur (300 m a.s.l.) with two Etruscan tombs that can still be seen today and enjoys a broad panorama that reaches as far as the Tevere valley. Peaceful position. The house is surrounded by a garden (3,000 m2) with a lawn, gazebo and an equipped swimming pool (5x10). Access to the villa along 700 m of dirt track road. Within a range of 100 m you will find the accommodations called VILLA LAVINIA and FONTEMULINO. Parking. It is possible to have breakfast (31 Euro/person).
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) with fireplace and access to the outside, kitchen/dining room (washing machine, 4-person table) with access to the portico (30 m2), 1 double bedroom, WC. Veranda. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom with panoramic view, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. It is possible to go for walks. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
LOCATION: 3 km Vitorchiano (food shops). 7 km Viterbo, 22 km Tuscania, 48 km Tarquinia and Cerveteri, in the radius of 22 km are the Bolsena, Vico and Bracciano lakes.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
