Ancient water mill from 1644 that has been transformed into a cosy country residence. Peaceful position. The house is surrounded by a lawn that winds around volcanic masses where between a few of these you will find the irregular shaded swimming pool (1/6-30/9). Within a range of 100 m you will find the accommodations called CHIARALUNA and VILLA LAVINIA. Access to the house along 600 m of dirt track road. Parking. DISTANCES: 2 km from the characteristic medieval hamlet of Vitorchiano (all kinds of shops), 7 km Viterbo, 22 km Tuscania renowned for important Etruscan sites, 50 km Orvieto, Tarquinia and Cerveteri, 70 km Rome. Within a radius of 20 km are the lakes of Vico and Bolsena. Spa centers "Terme dei Papi" with natural sulphureous hot water swimming pool only 9 km away. Horse stables for horse riding 1 km away.
ACCOMMODATION: (Water mill) Gr. fl.: living/dining room, kitchenette, WC. 1st fl.: 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower. 2nd fl. Tower: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. Access to the property along 1 km of dirt track road in good condition. Outbuilding (80 m2) positioned opposite the water mill (on the other side of the stream) Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) with kitchen corner (oven, dishwasher, washing machine) and access to a small equipped terrace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower and small terrace (can also be accessed from outside with wooden stairway). It is possible to request when booking 2 additional beds for adults (175 Euros each per week). Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
