Just minutes away from Volcano village and the majestic Volcano National Park, 30 minutes to the city of Hilo, Hawaii's second largest city, and swimming and snorkeling not far away, the location is secluded but accessible. Nearby outdoor adventures including walking, hiking, birdwatching and biking. Great house for families, couples or honeymooners.

Master Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The suite is spacious and very private with its own entrance - our most requested room for honeymooners. This room has a private bath w/full size tub/shower, a desk, ceiling fan and lots of light and windows looking out to the magical landscape.

1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). This room has its own entrance, a large closet with sliding mirrored doors and private vanity.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This room has a Queen-sized bed, closet with sliding mirrored doors, and beautiful views of the Ohia trees in the fern forest.
Loft
1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). The loft is the perfect retreat with two twin beds, desk and loveseat with light, bright windows looking out on the tropical rainforest.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
Full payment is due at time of booking to hold reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Money Orders, Personal Checks. Hawaii and State taxes (12.42%) will apply. Cancellation policy: Cancellations before 60 days prior to arrival will get full refund, 30-60 days prior to arrival is refund minus 15% service fee. Less than 30 days there is no refund unless we rebook it.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $20.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
