This new house (Built 2003) has been lovingly amended with all that you will need to have a quiet comfortable vacation. Close enough to Volcanoes National Park and Beaches (30 mins to Hilo) to be a great place to come home to after a day’s adventure. The town of Volcano is just minutes away with scrumptious restaurants. This house is very secluded and extremely quite. The floor to ceiling windows provide a breath taking view of the Ohia trees and Giant Ferns with a variety of birds winging through them. You will not be disappointed when you stay us. A warm Aloha awaits you on the Big Island.

• Hilo International Airport (ITO) is within a 30 minute(s) drive. Hilo is the best airport to enter the Big Island of Hawaii in. It is small uncrowded and has very easy access (walking distance) to the car rental booths. A short drive to highway 11 and your grocery store along the way will take you to the house.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 4 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). The distance to Volcano Village in a 20 min walk or 3 min drive. There you will find several restaurants and a small artist community. 30 Minutes to Hilo with several towns along the way, You will find an abundance of good eats and shopping. More info will be provided upon your booking.
• Beach is located within a 30 minute(s) drive.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Diners Club

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
