Antique complex established in 1400, when the city walls of S. Gimignano, built in 1260, were enlarged to accomodate the church Sant'Agostino. In the 1700's the complex became an agricultural farm, the owners being the family Strozzi and from 1877 the owners were the family Giucciardini, noblemen of Florence. In the outbuilding in the center of the famous Tuscan city there were 8 apartments built with particular attention to maintaing the original structure and typical materials (wooden beams, terracotta flooring). Simple furnishings in perfect harmony with the surroundings. Communal washing facilities. If baby cot is required, please ask when making reservations. Central heating. DISTANCES: Within 0,5 km there are shops of every type, 2 km swimming pool and Tennis Courts, 22 km Castelfalfi (18 hole Golf), 27 km the Etruscan city of Volterra, 35 km Siena, 60 km Florence and Cecina (beaches). 200 m pay car park.
ACCOMMODATION: (54 m2) 1st Fl.: large living/dining room (satellite TV) with double divan bed, small equipped covered terrace (5 m2), kitchen open onto living room, 1 bathroom with bath, gallery with double bed.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
