Three apartments, one of which is occasionally inhabited by the owner, in beautiful farmhouse that has been restored with great care and in accordance with its original architecture typical of Tuscan farmhouses. Situated in a panoramic position on the side of a gently sloping hill. Extensive views of the countryside and in the distance of Volterra and S. Gimignano. Peaceful position. Shared: Extensive outdoor areas and a beautiful floodlit swimming pool (6x12) in a secluded position. Small shared laundry room. Each apartment has its own equipped outdoor area. Parking. ACCOMMODATION: (40 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room with divan bed and access onto a pretty terrace that is covered and equipped, kitchen corner (dishwasher), 1 double bedroom with an extra 3rd bed, 1 bathroom with shower.
LOCATION: 2.8 km Chianni (grocery shops), 27 km Volterra, 40 km San Gimignano, 35 km Castiglioncello (beaches where you can hire deckchairs etc., cliffs) and about one and a half hour s drive from Florence and Siena .
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
