Come and enjoy your “Slice of the Sun” in this one bedroom Oceanfront condo located in the famous Ilikai Towers. The Ilikai Tower/resort sits on the Ocean side, just a few short steps away from the world famous Waikiki beach which starts at the Ilikai. You will not find many properties in Waikiki that are Ocean-front. Our condo is one of the few condos that are located on the ocean.
Our 1 bedroom, Oceanfront condo will cost you less than a hotel room you may rent blocks away from the beach. So why settle for second best. Be as close to the beach as possible without breaking your wallet.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 75.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
