• Beach surface is fine sand. Waikiki Beach is located a short 10 minute walk from the complex. Also, tennis courts, swimming beaches and snorkelling areas and the Honolulu Zoo are located in nearby Kapiolani Park, a 20 minute walk. World famous Waikiki Beach is only a 10 minute walk from the building. (about 5 short city blocks)
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
payment policy is "full payment of outstanding balance 60 days prior to check in" no credit cards accepted.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
• Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
