• Honolulu International Airport is about 10 miles away. There are multiple ways to get to Waikiki--Shuttle buses at the airport are usually the most economical. Taxi service will cost about $25.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Ala Wai Golf Course, 404 Kapahulu Avenue Honolulu, Hawaii 96815. Flat but sporty course located on the perimeter of Waikiki along the Ala Wai Canal. Views of Diamond Head, the Koolau mountain range and the Waikiki skyline. 18-Hole Course. Men: 5,861 Yards Par 70 Rating 66.8 Slope 115 Women: 5,095 Yards Par 70 Rating 67.2 Slope 110.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There's so much to do within easy walking distance--restaurants, clubs, shops, museums, Kuhio Beach, Kapiolani Park, the aquarium, and lots, lots more--and the bus is handy to give your feet a rest--even if the bus fare is now two dollars.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Centrally located, the modern high-rise is a five to ten-minute walk from the world-famous Waikiki beach. Kuhio beach is only 2 blocks away. Kuhio beach was the recipient of significant upgrades courtesy of the good taxpayers of Honolulu within the past couple of years and it is truly beautiful. We even imported new sand! All new sidewalks, new fountains, and "Brunch on the Beach" make Kuhio Beach unforgettable. Waikiki beach is also two blocks away.

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.

The $300 reservation deposit (which is separate from the OWNER DIRECT charges and must be made on a major credit card) and may be applied to the total rent due at the owner's discretion within the parameters defined by the owner's Rental Agreement. As there is no cleaning fee assessed on the property, we expect the apartment will be returned to us in the same condition it was rented (except we'll do the laundry). If you desire we can hire a cleaning service at the then current rate. 4% banking fee for credit card. We can provide a prepaid cell phone for your use while on Oahu at a cost of $20 per 100 minutes (or portion thereof) of usage; a deposit is required to secure the cell phone and charger. Broadband Internet is available at extra cost and a deposit is required to secure the modem.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
