Parking is not included in the rental, but may be available. Please contact us in advance of your arrival if you require parking. The building has 24-hour security. Iron and ironing board in unit. No Hotel Services included with the rental. Very cold silent central air conditioning. Full kitchen with 14 linear feet of counter space.

All new sidewalks, new fountains.
Payment Details
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Travelers Cheques A reservation deposit (which is separate from the OWNER DIRECT charges and must be made on a major credit card) is required to confirm booking and it may be applied to the total rent due at the owner's discretion within the parameters defined by the owner's Rental Agreement. FULL PAYMENT of rent is due 14 days prior to arrival. As there is no cleaning fee assessed on the property, we expect the apartment will be returned to us in the same condition it was rented (except we'll do the laundry). If you desire we can hire a cleaning service at the then current rate. Convenience fee for credit card. We can provide a prepaid cell phone for your use while on Oahu at a cost of $20 per 100 minutes (or portion thereof) of usage; a deposit is required to secure the cell phone and charger. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $45/week. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
