More Information

Washer and dryer on the same floor. Large 120 sq foot balcony - have breakfast or dinner overlooking Honolulu's beautiful skyline. Very nice swimming pool and sun deck. This apartment has been 100% remodeled. High speed internet is available; an extra fee may apply. This is not a "budget" apartment. It is suitable for a couple or single traveler looking for a quality place to stay. Furniture is high quality.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.

A $300 reservation deposit (which is separate from the OWNER DIRECT charges and must be made on a major credit card) is required to confirm booking and it may be applied to the total rent due at the owner's discretion within the parameters defined by the owner's Rental Agreement. As there is no cleaning fee assessed on the property, we expect the apartment will be returned to us in the same condition it was rented (except we'll do the laundry). If you desire we can hire a cleaning service at the then current rate. 4% banking fee for credit card. We can provide a prepaid cell phone for your use while on Oahu at a cost of $20 per 100 minutes (or portion thereof) of usage; a deposit is required to secure the cell phone and charger. Broadband Internet is available; a charge may apply and a deposit is required to secure the modem.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
No children are allowed under 7 years old.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
