Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Western Union
Contact owner for additional payment options. Reservation may be held with a $200 deposit in most cases.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
