In the living room area you will find a HDTV(flat screen), DVD player with 6 DVDs to use, clock radio, digital cable TV, Hi-speed internet access, WIFI TOO, digital telephone with free local and long distance (US) calls(no international calls), and comfortable furniture. There is a queen size bed and a twin bed stored in a leather ottoman with linens and things included. Less than 20 minutes from the airport and less than 1 block from the beach.

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Cancellations prior to 30 days of your arrival are charged a $50 Fee.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
