There is internet in the room and in nearby coffee shops. There is a laundry area and ice maker down the hall. The complex shares a pool, sauna and there are two restaurants and a bar as well.

Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 3 years old.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 95.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
