1 bedroom end unit, 33rd floor. Designer colors, new (2007) wicker furniture. Not rented through hotel front desk. King bed with memory foam, great sleeping. Walking distance: famous Waikiki Beach on more desirable Diamond Head end of Waikiki. Also close: Kapiolani Pk, Waikiki Shell (for concerts), Honolulu Zoo, Movies on the Beach, Ali Wai Public Golf Course and shop on the “Rodeo Drive” of Waikiki. Bus stop located on corner of property. Honolulu has best public bus system of any large city that I have ever seen. You can get anywhere easily, including the famous Ala Moana shopping center.

    The ocean is only one very short block away. Fabulous ocean view over the historic Catholic Church. You can watch the surfers surf the waves in the evening. Condo on Diamond Head end of Waikiki. You can also see east to Kapiolani Park from the lanai.

    • Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus. You can go anywhere in one direction, including transfers, for $2.00. Can even go around the island! Buses run frequently, since they are also used by a large proportion of the local people. Buses are air conditioned.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). Lots of restaurants on the main drag of Kalakaua Ave. Price range varies from $ to $$$$. Shopping is great here! If you are a Starbucks fan, also one close by.
    • Ocean is located within a 3 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Waikiki Beach is about 2+ miles long, all walkable. Beautiful, fine white sand, lots of palm trees. Sidewalk along main street (Kalakaua Ave.) is landscaped with flagstone sidewalks, waterfalls, beautiful tropical plants and trees. Absolutely beautiful. At the Diamond Head end of Waikiki (where the condo is near), there is a 30 foot movie screen. On the weekends free entertainment and free move at sunset. Food booths available. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Rentals Nearby and Water Trampoline.
    • Nearby Attractions: The property has a pool, hot tub, tennis court, putting practice green, 4 elevators, beautiful koi pond in the lobby, convenience store and business center where you can rent a computer, or bring your own laptop and use wireless for free. Washer/dryer on each floor, almost always always available. Pearl Harbor 1/2 hour drive, just past Airport.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    We encourage payment via personal check. If using Visa/MC to pay, there will be a 3% processing charge, because that is what I am charged. Cancellation Policy: cancellations received outside of 60 days prior to arrival will be completely refunded, less a $200 cancel fee. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, you will receive a refund, less the $200 cancel fee, depending upon how much the space is re-rented for.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 12 years old.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 30 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
