Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
No children are allowed under 3 years old.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 95.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
