The Master Bedroom and its lanai also have wonderful views of the Waimea Valley and Kohala Mountains with a distant ocean view.

This Villa is brand new and we're anxious to welcome you! The Master Bedroom has fabulous views of the Kohala Mountains and the Waimea Valley, with a distant ocean view to the west. The second bedroom downstairs is separated from the main living area to allow for greater privacy.

Location in the complex affords a great amount of privacy, yet you are close to the main pool area, which includes the hot-tub, a work-out room with exercise equipment, and a meeting room with kitchen and the tennis court. As a guest of the Waikoloa Colony Villas you receive discounted green fees at the King's Course and Ocean Course of the Waikoloa Resort, and the Villa is within walking distance of the clubhouse of the King's Course.
